If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, our 60-day returns policy ensures you can return eligible products easily and with confidence.

Checking Your Order on Delivery

Please inspect your order when it arrives and tell us within 5 business days if:

• Any item is missing
• The packaging is damaged
• Items appear to have been mishandled in transit

60-Day Returns Policy

You may return eligible items within 60 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Returns Within 1–14 Days

You may return your item for any reason, whether opened or unopened, provided it is complete and in reasonable condition.

• Full refund issued to your original payment method
• All accessories, manuals and original packaging must be included

Returns Within 15–60 Days

You may return items for any reason, provided they are:

• New & unused
• In a fully resellable condition

If an item has been opened, used, or is not in a condition suitable for resale, a restocking fee may apply to reflect inspection, repackaging and resale costs.

• Restocking fees may be up to 25%, depending on the condition of the returned goods
• Items returned in poor or unsaleable condition may be refused or returned to the customer

How to Return an Item

Before returning an item, please ensure you have read this returns policy and confirmed that your order is eligible for return within the stated timeframes.

To return an item:

1. Check eligibility: Confirm your item is within the returns period and meets the conditions outlined above.
2. Prepare your return: Repackage the item securely in its original packaging.
3. Include your details: Include the delivery note or a completed returns form downloaded from our website.
4. Send the item back: Return the item to the address below. Return shipping is at the customer’s cost unless faulty or incorrect.
5. Use a tracked service: We recommend a tracked and insured delivery method.

Our Returns Address

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process it in line with this policy.

How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–7 days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If your purchase was part of a bundle, refunds will be pro-rata based on the pricing of individual items within the set.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Returned items can be exchanged for:

• A different product of equal value
• A higher-value product (you only pay the difference)
• Store credit for future purchases

Exchanged goods will only be dispatched once the original items have been received and processed.

*Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply for:

• Returns missing accessories
• Returns with damaged packaging
• Returns assessed to be below resale standard

To avoid fees, ensure items are in as new condition with all original packaging intact.
