How Does The Trade Site Work?

Once we approve your trade account you will be able to log into our website and see trade specific products with relevant trade pricing. Our team can also send you quotes if you need assistance with a project.

Do I Need To Prove I'm A Trade Installer?

Yes. Our trade accounts are for people who regularly quote and install home audio equipment into their projects. If you are doing a one-off project for personal reasons please contact us and we'll help you out, but we won't be able to provide a trade login. We will require a website, company ID or social profile to prove that you meet the trade criteria. Unfortunately we cannot approve requests if they do not meet the criteria, but we can definitely help with a competitive quote for one-off projects.

Who Can Apply For A Trade Account?

All trade account quotes are manually provided by one of our team. We can provide quotes to electricians, AV installers, builders, kitchen / bathroom fitters, garden room manufacturers and more. The general rule of thumb is that you are a company with an ongoing requirement for audio products. We strictly do not supply resellers or retailers at currently only supply customers within the UK.

What Products Are Available At Trade?

We offer trade pricing on most of the products on our website. Here are some of the main brands; Lithe Audio OSD Audio JBL Q Acoustics + More Note that there are some exclusions, if a product is not visible once you log in then we are unable to offer trade pricing on it.

Do You Offer Credit Terms?

No we do not offer credit. All orders must be paid for prior to goods being dispatched via our trade portal. You can pay by credit/debit card, bank transfer or PayPal at checkout. We offer fast delivery, easy ordering, great prices and expert advice but this is on a proforma basis.

Can You Talk Directly To My Customer?

Yes, we are happy to help where we can. We do not offer installation services so there is no conflict of interest and we will never knowingly sell directly to one of your customers.
